Flatiron Chicken
The easiest & quickest way to prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Remove bird from plastic
3. Place on oven-safe sheet pan
4. Put in oven on center rack
5. Roast for 40 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F (meat thermometer recommended)
6. Pull out of the oven and let rest for 15 minutes
7. Carve & Enjoy!
ELITA’s favorite way to prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Preheat a cast-iron skillet on the stovetop on medium heat
3. Remove bird from plastic
4. Carefully place on cast-iron skillet, skin side down
5. Flip the chicken after 8 to 10 minutes, you will want a golden-brown sear
6. Place cast-iron skillet directly in the oven (center rack), cook for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F (meat thermometer recommended)
7. Pull skillet out of the oven, let rest for 15 minutes
8. Carve & Enjoy!
Another easy & quick way to prepare:
1. Preheat grill on medium heat
2. Remove bird from plastic
3. Place bird on grill, skin side down
4. Flip after 15 minutes
5. Grill on other side for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F (meat thermometer recommended)
6. Pull bird off the grill, let rest for 15 minutes
7. Carve & Enjoy! -
Flank Steak
The easiest & quickest way to prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. Remove steak from plastic
3. Place on oven-safe sheet pan with roasting rack (it will not sear right in the oven if you don’t use a rack)
4. Put in oven on center rack
5. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches between 130F [Medium Rare] – 145F [Well Done] (meat thermometer recommended)
6. Pull out of the oven and let rest for 15 minutes
7. Carve against the grain & Enjoy!

1. Preheat a cast-iron skillet on the stovetop on medium to high heat
2. Remove steak from plastic
3. Carefully place on cast-iron skillet, on whichever side
4. Flip the steak after 8 to 10 minutes, you will want a golden-brown sear
5. Grill on other side for 8 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 130F [Medium Rare] – 145F [Well Done] (meat thermometer recommended)
6. Pull steak off skillet, let rest for 10 minutes
7. Carve against the grain & Enjoy!

New York Strip & Boneless Ribeye
ELITA Preferred Method:
1. Remove steak from plastic
2. Pat dry with a paper towel or similar
3. Season generously on all sides with coarse seasoning for crust (we recommend kosher salt & thick ground pepper)
4. Preheat cast-iron skillet on stovetop at medium heat
5. Sear on first side for 8 to 10 minutes, you will want a golden brown crust
6. Flip and sear for 8 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches between 130F [Medium Rare] – 145F [Well Done] (meat thermometer recommended)
7. Optional step: Turn heat to low, put a quarter stick of butter, sprig of rosemary, two sage leaves, and one clove of garlic in the pan. Baste the steak with a spoon until butter bubbles and incorporates into the steak
8. Pull out of the skillet and let rest for 10 minutes
9. Carve against the grain & Enjoy!

Bone-In Ribeye | Tomahawk
1. Preheat oven at 275F
2. Remove steak from plastic
3. Pat dry with a paper towel or similar
4. Season generously on all sides with coarse seasoning for crust (we recommend kosher salt & thick ground pepper)
5. Place on a oven safe pan with roasting rack or cast-ironed skillet
6. Roast in oven until internal temp is 20F less than your desired temperature [ie. If you are going for medium rare, pull out of oven at 110F]
7. Finish with a sear on both sides, on either a cast-ironed skillet or grill, you will want a golden brown crust
8. Pull steak off skillet or grill, let rest for 10 minutes
9. Carve against the grain & Enjoy! -
Italian-Style Meatballs
1. Preheat oven to 400F or preheat skillet pan on stovetop, medium to high heat
2. Sear all sides of meatballs to golden brown
3. Meatballs will not be fully cooked at this point, so either place them in a simmering marinara sauce or if sauceless, finish in oven until internal temp reaches 160F.
4. Ready to serve
